Return Policy

No Regrets, Just Returns

If your LULA nursing wear didn’t quite make your heart skip a beat, no worries! You’ve got 14 working days to return any item and receive a refund.

We accept returns for customer remorse under the following conditions:

  • The item must be in the same condition you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

For customer remorse returns, return shipping costs apply and will be deducted from your refund based on your location:

Latvia – €3

Estonia / Lithuania – €6

EU Countries – €9

US / UK / Canada / Switzerland / Norway – €15

Start a return:

Email us at info@thelulawear.com with the following details:

  1. Your order number (found on your receipt)
  2. The item(s) you want to return
  3. A brief reason for the return

Once we receive your request, we’ll create and send you a return label. We will guide you forward with instructions.

OMNIVA customers in LV: please use the self-service return method.

  1. Register your return here: Select LULA NURSING WEAR in the OMNIVA returns portal and complete the return request form.

  2. Drop off the parcel: Pack the item securely and take it to an OMNIVA parcel machine for return.

  3. Receive your refund: Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days.

 

Damaged, Incorrect, or Faulty Products

At LULA, we carefully review every order before sending it out to ensure top-notch quality. But, we get it—mistakes can happen. If you receive an incorrect item or notice any faults with your nursing wear, please contact us at info@thelulawear.com within 14 days of receiving your order. We’ll get right on it and make things right.

We’ll cover return shipping costs in these cases—just use the prepaid return label we’ll provide!

 

Taxes & Duties

If you're ordering from outside the EU, please note that import duties and taxes imposed by your country are non-refundable. We wouldn’t want any surprises at customs!

 

Lost Shipments

If it's been more than 2 days since your expected delivery date, please reach out to us at info@thelulawear.com. We’ll need at least 5 days to investigate your shipment with the courier. If we can’t track your shipment after that, we’ll declare it lost and either issue a full refund or send a replacement—your choice!

 

Refund Process

Your refund will be processed once we’ve received your returned items and confirmed they meet all return requirements. Once approved, expect your refund within 5–10 business days, credited back to your original payment method.

Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund based on your location as listed above.
