How long do I have to return my order?
You’ve got 45 days from the date of purchase to return any item for a refund.
To be eligible, your items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- With original tags still attached

How do I make a return?
We don’t include return labels in your order, but getting started is super easy!
Here’s what to do:
- Email us at info@thelulawear.com with:
- Your order number (you’ll find it on your receipt)
- The item(s) you’d like to return
- A short reason for the return - Once we receive your message, we’ll create and send you a return label, along with simple instructions to guide you through the process.
✨ Tip: Don’t forget to write your name and order number on the outside of your package — it helps us identify your return quickly!
LV Customers (Latvia): Self-Service Returns
If you’re in Latvia, you can use our easy self-service return option!
- Register your return through the OMNIVA returns portal. Select LULA Nursing Wear and complete the return form.
- Drop off your parcel: Pack the item securely and place it in any OMNIVA parcel machine.
- Get your refund: Once we receive your item, we’ll process your refund within 5–14 business days.
Product Condition: Returned items must be in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, and with tags intact. If items show clear signs of use, we may not be able to issue a refund.
What are the return shipping fees?
Return shipping costs apply and will be deducted from your refund based on where you’re returning from:
Latvia – €3
Estonia / Lithuania – €7
EU Countries – €10
UK / Switzerland / Norway – €15

Please note: Import duties for return shipments aren’t covered by LULA Nursing Wear.
Can I make an exchange?
We don’t currently offer direct exchanges — but don’t worry!
To get your new size faster, simply place a new order and return the original item for a refund. That way, you don’t have to wait for your return to reach us before your new LULA arrives. 💌
Are there any items that can’t be refunded?
A few things to keep in mind:
- Import duties and taxes for orders outside the EU are non-refundable.
- For sealed items or goods that can’t be returned for hygiene reasons, the right of return doesn’t apply once the tags have been removed.
- If an item shows signs of wear or use, we reserve the right to decline the refund.
What if my order is damaged, incorrect, or faulty?
At LULA, we double-check every order before it leaves us, but sometimes mistakes happen. If you receive the wrong item or notice any issues, just email us at info@thelulawear.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
We’ll sort it out right away and make things right!
In these cases, we’ll cover the return shipping costs — just use the prepaid return label we’ll provide.
What should I do if my shipment is lost?
If it’s been more than 5 days past your expected delivery date, please reach out to us at info@thelulawear.com.
We’ll investigate with the courier (this can take up to 5 business days).
If your shipment can’t be found, we’ll offer you a full refund or a replacement — whichever you prefer. ❤️
When will I get my refund?
Once we’ve received your return and confirmed it meets our return requirements, we’ll process your refund within 5–14 business days.
Your refund will be sent to your original payment method, and return shipping fees (listed above) will be deducted from the total.
