Where is my order?
Once you place your order, please allow 1 business day for it to be packed and shipped from our office.
As soon as your order is on its way, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your LULA all the way to your doorstep!
Can’t find the email? No worries — just check your spam or junk folder, as it may have slipped in there. ❤️
How long will delivery take?
Estimated delivery timeframes by region:
- Europe & UK: 2–8 working days
- Worldwide: Up to 12 working days
Please note that delivery times are approximate. During holidays or busy sale periods, it might take an extra 2–3 days for your package to arrive.
Do you ship to my country?
We’re so happy to share LULA with mamas all over the world!
Right now, we mostly ship to all of Europe and the UK, but we’re always open to sending our nursing wear worldwide.
To check if we deliver to your location, just open the country drop-down menu at checkout — if your country is listed, we ship there!
Which shipping options do you offer?
We offer several shipping methods depending on your country and delivery address.
All of our shipments are trackable, and you’ll receive your tracking link in your shipping confirmation email.

How much does shipping cost?
Good news!
We offer FREE Europe & UK shipping on orders over €80 / £70.
For smaller orders, shipping costs vary depending on your country and the method you choose. You’ll see the exact shipping fee at checkout before you confirm your order.
Do I need to pay international taxes or duties?
If you’re ordering from outside the European Union (EU), your shipment may be subject to import duties or taxes once it arrives in your country.
These charges are set by local customs and are the responsibility of the recipient. Unfortunately, LULA isn’t able to notify customers about these costs in advance. For detailed info, we recommend checking with your local customs office.
🇬🇧 UK Customers – Important VAT Notice
Here’s how it works for now:
- Purchase without VAT: You can currently shop excluding VAT at checkout.
- VAT on delivery: VAT will be applied when your order arrives in the UK.
- We’re improving: We know this isn’t ideal and are working on a smoother solution very soon.
If you ever need to return an item, please note that customs duties and taxes paid upon delivery are non-refundable. We’re truly sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
What happens if I don’t pick up my order?
Please note: If you do not collect your package within the specified time frame, it will be returned to us, and handling fees will apply.
